We propose a formation of excellence custom-made for you!
CEMA (European Aero Modelling Center) proposes formations all year round, with its training courses and its lessons a la carte. These formations are built in order to suit each pilot, whether he is a beginner or an experienced pilot. The instructor starts with an evaluation of the pupil's level in order to define with him his objectives and his projects and to propose him an individual formation program. Generally the programm is structured around 5 main sections:
 
 
Theoretical workshops:
 
General aerodynamic and physic effects (air mass, induced effect, dragn, etc.) are explained to the pupil so that he can understand what happens and therefore improve his flying. Theoretical workshops starts at the age of 5.
 
 
Practical workshops:
 
 Practical application as well as training let the pupil validate the concepts. Building, test stand, failure search, meteo analysis are usual exercises proposed in our formations.
 
 
Flights:
 
The pupil will be able to make progress quickly thanks to the flights supervised by a professional with the teacher/pupil system. Briefing is here to define and explain the proposed exercises, debriefing will allow the analysis of the flights and strong points of the pupil. 
Flight length can be from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the field and the defined objectives. They allow the pupil to apply what he/she learnt during the theoretical and practical workshops.
 
 
Simulator :
 
More than a video game the flight simulator is an essential tool for your progress. After the flight day the instructor will propose to his/her pupil some exercices to work on with the simulator: straight line, wide angle flight, crab approach, etc.
 
 
Coaching :
 
With the teacher/pupil system or simply supervised  by the instructor, you will be advised to get the best of your model: adjusting, mixing, getting the feel of the model or working on an aerobatics program, it is the good moment for you to evaluate the capacities of your model and to subdue it.
